Muz...Ill post pics gladly.

As far as the attachment goes, none included - so I know I will have to do some dremeling - but for me thats a fair enough trade off for the price I paid.

Dont think for one minute I am in any way trying to diminish the quality of your product - im not - ive seen the pics of your snorkel and the attachments you provide - they look top class and are worth every penny you are asking - im just cheap!

a snorkel is just something I didnt want to spend all that $$$ on - besides, the money ive saved is going towards one of your whiteline x braces very soon - so you get my $$$ anyway

Not at all I didn't think that for a minute. I'd even be happy to send you a free clip (if it helps) if your inlet is located in the same position as mine.

Cheers -- Muz

I have had the Spoon intake for almost 3 years now, and it's real beat up. When I installed it, I accidently cracked the seams at the bottom end of the tube, and had to glue it back. Then the dealer positioned it wrong when doing some service, slammed the hood, and the left curvature cracked a bit so that the clearcoat was flaking off in the corner of the curvature. I had tranny work done this past week, and they really did a number on it, slammed the hood again after the intake was mispositioned, and the curvature part was cracked even more.

All in all, I'm satisfied at how there's no actually cracking in the fibers, only a bit off the clearcoat finish. I get mad at my dealer, but there's not much they can do, since I've come to the conclusion they drag their knuckles and scratch their pits kinda mechanics, not one for perfect placement of a carbon-kevlar intake...

Honesty, the only reason I got the Spoon was because the Mugen was out of my price range, but I'd go with that if I were you...

btw, I'm running a JR filter, a real PITA since nobody sells the cleaner or oil anymore... I'd just get a K&N, or get the Spoon foam filter if you don't daily drive...

Where did you get the Sprint air filter? I still have an OEM filter.

You can use the K&N cleaner kit. Same thing. That's all I've ever used. Cost $13 at Autozone.
