Has anyone put one of those on their S2k? If so please let me know which one and how hard it was to install. Did you get one with a compass? A temp Gauge?

 

Haven't done it yet, but planning on getting one with "Home Link" on it so that I can get rid of the garage door and electric gate remotes. I believe a shop that installs windshields could install it for a nominal fee.

 

I found one from Gentex that seems pretty cool. I like to do everything my self if it is possible but at the same time I don't want to screw anything up. Thanks

Timely link. Was looking into this as well. Looks like the price has dropped somewhat- $179. now vs. $199.
Would like Homelink but it's an extra $200!

Guess the 'ol garage door opener remote will have to do.

Donnelly(oem) also makes temp/compass mirrors. I put one in our Odyssey and they're the Honda OEM for the Pilot mirror accessory as well. Good stuff. A web search will yield sources for purchasing.

I really wish one of the vendors here could put a 'plug and play' kit together for this item.

 

I am sure they would sell a lot of them, if it wasen's such a custom job.
