The driver side window has this auto feature that lets you give it a short click and the window is supposed to automatically go all the way up (or down). Every now and then this does not work, i have to hold the switch to operate the window. It's not mal-functioning all the time though (notable not when showing it to the Honda rep. )

Anyone had this problem?

I had this issue Bass!

I got the car in for servicing and they informed me that I had a bad sensor relay on the window motor. They replaced both the window motor and the window switch. I would suggest you take it back to you service department and request replacement.

Best of luck.

Same here! I'm still having problems after taking it to the dealer. Guess I'm going to have to do it again. Same exact symptoms! Just don't care to have the door panel removed again.

well, I have the same problem. I think I should get the car back today. but, I bet I stupid dealership forgot to fix it. because I was so mad at them about the stripped thread in my frame rail.

The windows sensor seems to be broken. In my case, my window will go down, but it stopes (AUTODOWN) very shortly after my release the button.

Hold on! Mine only have auto-down... not up! Should up work? (I wish it did!)

No auto up, just down.

I was pretty sure it should work on auto both ways, but got my owner's manual and read the following (freely translated from Swedish...):

"AUTO - to open and on some models also close the driver's window completely, depress or pull the switch hard and then release."

I have to rush out to the garage and check. Be back soon...

OK, back from the garage, today the window worked both ways on auto, both up and down.

I just hate this kind of intermittent problem, i hope it just stays broken so i can get the motor and switch changed.

Interesting about the manual though, my interpretation is that 'some models' have auto on opening only, wonder what those models are...
