I believe that auto leveling HID are required by law in some markets, mainly Europe and Australia.

Just like the headlight washers, fog lights, and Day time running lights found on some European market s2000s. So yes auto leveling HID on s2000's do exist! Just not in the US.

does anyone else find that our lights are aimed too low? it's like i can't see much of what's in front of me, although what is lit is very visible. the low aimed lights combined with the fact that they're xenons (making everything outside the beam less clear because it's so bright) makes visibility at night kind of limited. oh yea and because it sits low, everyone else's lights blind me temporarily. and other xenons blind me for like 5 minutes.

For those that are lowered? Any of you adjust your headlights?

If I hit the gas, I can blind oncoming traffic...

Easy to adjust with a screwdriver and 2 minutes.

no, in fact I get tired of the low beams lighting up the highway signs above the road, it makes those suckers bright....

sorry to burst your bubble but the oem has more candle power than your new 8000k hid.

Auto levelers are usually found on reflector type HID systems.

yes and no, is300 is one of the most common self level hid.

i worked on one before, it has a little pivot arm sensor on the suspension. it's know for triggerring CEL when the car is slammed

some of the new lexus have projector and tilting adjustment, not exactly any hard to make than plan o reflector hid(is300)

it's too much weight, too expensive, too complicated, etc. not worth it for this car, and that's probably the reason why it's not there.

besides, those self-leveling hid's suck, they don't ever self level in time.
huh? they do it on startup......we have owned multiple cars with self leveling hid's...they are pretty cool and work great!
