Default Axis Milano wheels on an S2000?

Just wondering if anyone has pics or has seen Axis Milano wheels on an S2000? The wheel is actually very reminiscent of the SSR Professor.

I've heard Axis wheels are heavy, and I have mixed feelings on getting heavy wheels. If the price is right, I might not care

Size Bolt Pattern Offsets LIP

19x8.5 5 lug 15, 35, 40, 47mm 2.25"
19x9.5 5 lug 20, 40, 45mm 3.5"

Above are the sizes and offsets posted on their website, can anyone tell me from that info if they'll fit or not? I know nothing about wheel fitment.

Are these actually two or three piece rims? Looks like they could be from the picture, but it might just be made to look that way.
