I was just discussing this with xviper about 6 minutes ago.

You forgot Honda MTF, that's what I use.

 

bump....I'm curious as well. When I had my M3, I switched to Redline fluid in the tranny to try and get rid of the 1st-to-2nd-gear grind....it helped a little, but I really noticed a difference when the tranny had time to warm up.
