Back End Is Easy To Kick Out...
What would be the best way to solve my problem? I only have 7,500ish miles on my 04 so I know the tires are still good. What suspension parts would be good? Thanks
The '04 is the most controllable of all the cars. Any fairly powerful RWD car will have power-on oversteer and throttle-lift/braking-induced oversteer. No combination of car setup and parts will totally "cure" that without making the car's handling go to crap.
If you learn how to drive it properly, it is EXTREMELY rewarding.
This is probably one of the best handling cars I've ever driven and I've won my class in AutoCross for the last two years in a row with it.

If you think the rear end kicks out easily on an S2000, you should try a 3rd generation RX-7 twin turbo, circa '93. I learned in a very hard, bladder-emptying way, that one could never combine any degree of pressure on the accelerator with any motion of the steering wheel in first gear. Just a characteristic of rear drive and lots of power; in the case of the RX-7, one had to add a turbo torque curve with a bit of delay plus a very rapid climb on the rpm scale above 3000.
Just curious are there any parts to make it harder to kick the back end out? Also how would someone go about improving the skid pad test? I have read that the 04's pull around .88g and the 00-03 pull around .92g on the skid pad. How does this translate to the 04 being the better handler? Thanks
