I have a MY00 with the factory alarm/keyless entry.

I bought the car used, and it came with 2 honda remotes and 2 sets of keys.

Both remotes work, but one only locks and unlocks the doors - it doesnt turn
the alarm off and on. i'll unlock the doors with the button and then open the
door and my car will beep and blink and go nuts forever and ever until i either
unlock the car from the OTHER remote or if i pull the battery - actually come to
think of it when i put the battery back on it conitinues to go nuts.

i don't know how to fix this but it's driving me nuts - i've tried reprogramming
the second remote, which worked for a day or so and now it's back at it again.

i see really no difference in the remotes except one says Honda on it and the
other just has the H logo.

any ideas?
