Blip car as normal, opens up ok, I get in ok, I put key in ignition ok, I press the start button and the alarm goes off!!!! I press the 'open' button on keyfob and alarm is turned off and off I go.

Anyone else had this? Know why it's happening?

Only seems to happed if the car hasn't been used for a fair few hours (i.e. overnight etc.) and during the day, it's fine.

Standard UKS2000 Alarm model.

 

Battery in the remote? I have a vague recollection of someone else having a similar problem. The remote was triggering only one of the circuits - door or immobiliser?
