Default Bad? Running the same rim size on all 4 tires?

What if I ran with 17x7 rims on all 4? Bad? Why?

This may not be a good enough answer for you but I've been running 16 x 7" on all 4 corners for my 3rd winter season now and I haven't felt any issues. Mind you, I only use them as winter equipment and I still run staggered tire sizes on them.

Don't see an issue with it. The Amuse S2000 is/has been setup with the same size rims on all four corners for awhile. Not sure what size but it seems to be working for them.

I run 18x7.5 all around, and it works. Are you going to stagger the tire widths, or keep it the same as well??

What tire sizes are you running oon the 18x17.5's? I think the amuse car runs 225/40 and 235/40. Thats what I have on the way also.

Thet Amuse car is set up very different at different times. Drift style driving is very popular in Japan and that's what the Amuse car is set up for. They want more Oversteer and so run a smaller tire in the back than would be recommended. I'm runnin the same size rim front and rear at the time being and I can't stand it. I've spent quite a bit of time on a smaller AutoX track and it is very apperant I need a wider tire in the back than I have. 235s aren't cutting it. Within the next month or so when i get the FR1s I'm gonna go up to a 265 tire in the rear and stay with a 215 in the front. I really wouldn't recommend it if you intend on ever pushing the limits of your car.

Also, if you liked my rims I'll give them to you for next to nothing. 2 are perfect one's minor and the other one needs replacing. They'll just be taking up room in my shed as soon as the FR1s come in.
