Default Bent Frame Rails

After a couple of months purchasing the car, I noticed the frame rails in the center of the car being bent. The driver's side is also bent flat against the car as the passenger side is slightly bent. It is far from the point of jacking up the cars though so I'm not sure if this is anything to be worries about. Also, I think I bent the passenger's side a little more going over a speed bump (my car is lowered about 1.5 inches).

those are just the pinch seams. looks like someone jacked up the car without looking, probably with a lift.

In your first pic, the giant dark beam beyond the pinch seam is your frame rail.

How's the alignment? Does the car drive straight?

This is what I was going to mention. If the car drives good and the alignment isn't messed up, you're likely fine. It does suck that the car's damaged and it will affect resale value, but in terms of driveability you should be ok. I'd just keep an eye on that area for any stress cracks.
