Best header on the market for power gain?
I have to say J's is the way to go especially if you are doing FI. Amuse is the lighest and definitely for all you JDM ballers. Mugen just released a new header for the 2.2. No numbers yet.
I'll agree with Wyatt.....if you don't get rid of the cat then just keep it stock and save yourself the cash.

got the Ricks, Dynoproven 5hp 6-8 TQ, My midrnage on the dyno was way up, up to 7.5k....Bought it in december/Jan from ricks and I have it up for sale for in my for sale thread................$420 I live n Seattle BTW
I ahve the Toda and I felt an immediate difference in the mid range. I no longer have to downshift to pass on the highway when in 6th gear. I also hit the limiter several times re-learning the perfect shift point as the redline approached much faster. At the time of install, I already had an intake, my stock exhaust with resonator removed, and a test pipe.
Keep in mind, this is after installing additional mods and tuning with VAFC.
When he originally installed the Toda header, he Lost nearly 1 hp according the his previous dyno's.
I can't find that thread right now.

here is the other thread
Two members did not gain overall power on the top end. I have read another thread where the Toda header shows nice gain with a S/C.
Combined with tuning, the Toda showed decent gains at around 5,500 rpm's.
There are other threads that show mid range gains with the Mugen header of up to 12 hp right out of the box.
