The megan header looks promising, but no one here has dyno'd it yet. I'll probably be going that route eventually.

No, because you are dividing 100 by 240 (assuming AP1) and then dividing that amount (0.42) by 148= 0.003.

DC sports header = power loss for most people.

Having looked at the dynograph for the dc sports header I wonder how they managed to run those two runs so quickly. How were they able to swap the header and get the car setup on the dyno within 10 minutes of the previous run?
