I have had the Comptech header on my car and did not like it, it was very noisy. The Comptech header is a 4 into 1 design and is more suited for an FI set up not an N/A set up such as mine.
I did dyno with the Comptech header and lost power. I am not sure if it was the power thief or if one of the other changes I did.
I now have the Megan header and love it. The Megan is a 4-2-1 design, better suited for N/A. It is not to loud and the car has a great sound to it over all. I will be doing a dyno run before the end of this month to test a C.A.I. I designed. I will do a few runs with the stock air box before I do any with my air box. The 2 or so pulls I do with the stock air box will show any gain or lose over the OEM header. I will post my stock dyno run I did with the car when I first bought it and then with the new Megan header and OEM air box, and finally the pulls I do with my new intake design.

The Megan is the best cheap header (and one of the best period) that makes top end gains. Midrange is for sissies
Thre has been one dyno to my knowledge. Someone with a supercharger had some belt slippage and had .71 PSI less than their previous dyno and 20 degrees hotter than their last dyno and lost only 2 rwhp. Under the same conditions they'd have made around 12 or so. N/A it probably gains around 4-6 peak.
The Rick's makes the 5-6 hp in the midrange, and make no gain up top. If you want midrange, save your money for gears.
