Default best hp result single exhaust

i'm about to change out my exhaust to single, was wondering what exhaust system is producing the best results. last i heard was t1r 70mm. still true?

I would love to know how a Spoon N1 with test pipe compares to the T1R 70mm.

VersionJDM just dyno'd his setup and gained 7rwhp on a mustang dyno with the 70mm OVER what he had before with his spoon setup.

I've seen dynos of zero or next to nothing for gains for Amuse. It's for looks.
