Thought of these this morning...mods that would definitely improve the S2000. Don't imagine Honda would consider any of them, eh? If you were looking at a current model but were holding off on an '04, which of the above options would please you the most?

Rims, 18" I'd be willing to pay a couple thousand more for them, but not like 7k more that Honda would probably make it

I think the 17" wheels would be perfect. The 18" wheels don't fit and look heavy and clunky. The 18" ers make the S2000 look like it is ready to cross deep water and go for some off road duty. I think 17" is perfect though.

Definitely the gauges...this is a sports car and a man must know how his car is performing.

If I was forced to choose from the items above it would be the gauges.

Personally I would rather just have about 20-40 more horsepower and torque while keeping the redline where it is or extending it by 500 RPM's. The above items are simply cosmetic IMO and not needed on my car.

The gauges without question, but leave the radio controls too. At least the volume control.

17" Factory Rims
More Gauge Options

The rest of that is no big deal to me. Here are a few things I'd like to see that aren't on your list

20-40 more HP
9,000 - 10,000 RPM redline

Otherwise, there is nothing else I want to see in this car. If we started asking for things like the alcantara leather, more powerful radio, etc... might as well get into a Porsche Boxster or something like that.
