As far as I know jackson racing doesent have a sc for the s2k.

Also, as far as I know, from the ones i'v looked at, the JR sc doesent make nearly as much power as other SC kits. I think vortech or comptec is going to be compleatly opinion on what people think are best. I think I like the vortech better but we don't know if it will cause any problems yet.

I never said vortech is better then comptec. It just seems like vortech is better to me (I dunno). I did say everyone would have diff opinions on that.

So JR is makign a sc kit to make the s2k have 400 hp? Any idea where I can find some info on this?

Doubtful. 400 hp would take some decent fuel management, most likely a complete engine mangement system, fuel injectors, etc. Not simply a bolt-on kit...and therefore, not very likely.

If I wanted FI right now I would go with the Comtech because they are the forerunner in the S2000 world

Speedcraft turbo kit is very nice, but we know nothing about this kit's long term reliability.
Vortech SC kit+Intercooler just released, but I would wait at least a year for them to work out the bugs.

I think Comtech is your best bet. The kit is fairly 'bug free' I believe.

Speedcraft turbo kit costs about $6500 plus install, tuning will cost you almost near 10k!!!
Comtech kit w/o the coller is about $4000 I think.

Have things changed so much? If you wanted FI you went custom turbo. If you did not want to piece something togther from parts then go to a decent turbo shop and have them fix you up something reasonlble. Although i do not know the F20c very well, some nice low comp pistons, and forged accesisoires always helped in turboing. The kits are so expensive, better off making some friends and building something around your preferences. Mike

Jackson has been "making" an SC for the S2000 for over 2 years. It's not going to happen, they just don't want to commit to that.

I just got an e-mail back from Jackson Racing and they told me that they are definitely not making an sc for the s2000.
