There's a ton of info on all of this already...I don't want to be that guy but...do some searching..you'll get more proven information quicker that will give you answers.
There aren't many mods for the S that will significantly change your performance since OEM is already phenomenal.
T1R and gears (other than FI) are good choices. Once again it all depends if you're going for looks or performance...both is tough and usually expensive.

do some searchingbtw...if you are looking for bang for the buck you bought the wrong car. To get 120 hp/l they had to tune this car. Getting big gains with bolt-ons will not happen. Go stroker kit or FI if you want a fast s2000.
