Hey brouib...these guys are giving you a hard time since you are new
I have the k&n intake and love it. I got mine shipped for $216 and it took an under an hour to install. The sound is phenomenal.

I am a big fan of the AEM V2. Gains are negligible, however I think the sound is more phenomenaler than the K&N
Great thread, this question has never been asked on here so it's nice to finally have that information on S2ki.
Oh wait, this question has been asked 50 times since I joined. That link at the top cleverly disguised as "SEARCH" should give you more information than you will ever need to know about CAIs on our cars.

Yes but then again, it's an intake. I mean, who actually thinks the car is going to be any quicker with one? The stock intake is already nice. Just stick a K&N filter into the OEM intake (I gained 2mpg when I was stock) and enjoy the car.
I had a full N/A setup (cai, j's header, t1r 70mm single, vafc2, 4.77 gears, -200 pounds removed from car) and the car was still slow. Sure I'd beat s2000s and 350z's by a little bit, but it cost me thousands of dollars for negligable performance. Unless you're going for engine sound, I don't see the purpose of going with an intake (or any bolt on for that matter!).
