On Tuesday,I dropt my car at Huntington Honda here in Long Island,NY for the TSB for the 2nd gear grind and the clutch. When they called my house to tell me that they have to order the parts and that it will take one week for the TSB parts to come in. When I got my car back,I was totally shocked to see at huge scratch on the front bumper,it is about 4inches long deep to the paint that you can see the black urethane bumper,I was really upset and outraged,I talked to the manager Mike,he told me that the scratch was there already, but that made me furious, because I said I took pics with my digital camera before I brought my car to get serviced, and that I will get my lawyer if they don't fix my bumper. So he said he will take care of it when I get my TSB for the 2nd gear grind and clutch next week. Has anyone had the TSB for the 2nd gear grind done at Huntington Honda in Long Island,New York. This will be the last time I bring my car here for service.

Go to "Honda City" on Hempstead Tpk. in Levittown. Ask to have Charles Ryder work on your car ONLY.

Tell him Steve Biegler sent you.

I suggest you force a tip on him BEFORE he works on your car. I give him a 20 every time I bring my car in although he tries to refuse it. I have never been dissapointed with any aspect of the experience.

The fact that you've already been lied to is unsettling (what else will they lie to you about? ). Since they scratched up your bumper, they need to fix it free of charge. But IMO, I would rather have the TSB done elsewhere. It's still not too late.

Good luck on all your repairs. Hope you get you S2K back in shape soon!
