For some reason...all the local people to Mastergrade have no problem going to their store and getting the products that they want. And its usually the locals that have no issues with their products. Cause I've heard only good thing from peopel that have picked their stuff up, and only bad things with people that are buying out of state or having stuff shipped.

I got the stage two CF kit for under the hood and they didn't send it forever. Finally I talked to them and they said they would send me the two other pieces to make it a stage three kit for my troubles. When I got the kit it was missing two pieces and not the extra ones. When I finally got the missing radiator cover it was cracked at on of the tips. They did send me a replacement which also came cracked in a different place. The only good thing is that they didn't ask for the other radiator cover back.
The lack of information is terrible and the shipping takes forever. The girl Jennifer there is very nice and trys to make up for the problems.
I won't order from them any more.
