I know most of your input would be purely speculation, but I'd like to hear what some of you think about the possible upcoming stook coupe. The bottom car in the rumor section looks really classy! Anyway, what kind of an effect would the changes to the 2 seater have on weight, performance, price, and so on? I really like the idea of the coupe because I want superior performance and great audio. This may be inaccurate, but the coupe would likely have more audio potential right? Whether or not I pick the coupe (if it becomes a reality) over the convertible, a sweet system is going in there.

I would buy it for daily use if it was a 2 or 4 seater, just as long as they keep it 2 door. I agree, the acoustics would be better as well as improved speaker mounting locations. But the big issue here is it would be a Prelude/ITR killer if you set it up right.

If it is as ugly as the Z3 coupe I say burn the drawings!!!
Personally I wouldn't want a coupe even if it was way cheaper. Their's something sexy about our cars which I think would be ruined by a coupe. But hey what do I know?

I personally liked the idea of a integra sized 4 door with an S2000 engine/drivetrain.

should be as light as the S2000, and handle about the same.

Just my thought... but for now.. Hello Subaru WRX.

It makes no sense. Not only would it compete against other Honda products, which is stupid, but the platform does not easily lend itself to anything else.

Many of us bought a roadster because that is what we wanted, but if you wanted a two seat hardtop sportscar why not just buy a top for this one.

What marketplace could they being going after? I think this is a nonsensical rumor.

I agree with cdelena, what would be the point of a coupe? With a hardtop now becoming available, it seems like we have the best of both worlds now!!
