If the 2002 S2000 comes with a glass rear window....will there be a mod to make the 2000-2001 models a glass rear window as well?

I guess it has to be found out what they changed to make it glass and how must less viewable area there is.

If they changed the conv top tray or the actual folding technique of the top then it will be next to impossible to make it work.

I think we are just going to have to wait and see how they did it. I'm not gonna worry about it...top's never up on mine anyway...

wait and see, indeed. but if they did, and its one piece, the top will fold down a bit differently - so the mechanics in the top would be changed.

For me the rear glass is a non issue. I either have the hardtop on, or the soft top is down.

I can't see it happening without major changes to the car so I won't be holding my breath.

I would be far happier with an automated solution for the boot cover in the way of a metal cover that sits flush with the bodywork (like Mercedes etc have).

In the same camp. I used to have a Boxster and love how it folds inside the metal cover.
