Default Black hardtop on a Sebring Silver. Good idea or not?

I want to get a HT from my '03 Sebring. I like the two-tone look that the soft-top creates and was thiniking about getting a black hardtop. What do people think about this? Will this look stupid and riced-out? Or will I be able to pull it off and achieve the classy look that I so desire?

Personally, I think that would like a little odd. But, I haven't seen anything like it before, so who knows...

I don't think it looks bad; there are a number of people who have done this. That being said, I definitely prefer the matched look.

Ummm, it'll just look as if you have the top up. Maybe someone can photoshop the color on, so you can see how it looks.

I don't think it'd look bad at all, but I think a color matched one would look better.

I think it'd look great. Since my car has been painted MC Blue and I don't want to paint a hardtop, I may just get a black one. I think it looks nice, not as good as matching color hardtop, but nice.

Why don't you just get the Mugen carbon fiber hard top? It will provide you with the two tone look that you desire, plus it will look stylish since carbon fiber flows well with almost any color. Just a thought..

Look for pics of Tims2k's car. He had a silverstone with black HT.
