Black hardtop on a Sebring Silver. Good idea or not?

As long as you still have your window tape on, I think it would look alright.

If you're going to do a black top, do a black hood with it. Something like this:

I tend to agree with you WRS2K, but if you're going to do it, do it with a theme, not a black tumor on top of your car. If I had no choice in the matter, I would take the Bruised Banana theme over the red one. Fortunately, I do have a choice and I went with a color matched top.

But, to each their own.

Thanks for the pictures/examples. While I don't think the matching tops look bad, they kind of give the car that miata look due to the bubble shape of the hardtops IMO. The dark color would distract from that bubble look. BTW -- I want the hardtop because I park outside and live in the rainiy northwest.

bubble look? miata like? what are u talking about, man?

if anything your decision to keep your s2000 non spoilered gives it that cute bubble look.

hell if u like it then just go buy a black hardtop and be .
