I can't say for the red but the tan does show dirt build up very well.

Having said that, I've not had "that" big an issue with it. I clean with leather cleaner and follow up with a leather treatment product (Zaino sells a couple of products that seem to do Ok) and my seats are doing pretty good so far.

The only issue I'm having that I don't like, and this is not unique to the tan, other than it probably shows up better, is I'm developing some wear spots on the outside bolster of the drivers seat. The problem is, at my height and weight, there's no real way I can get in and out of the car without "sliding" down that outside bolster and the wear from that is starting to show. It's not that noticeable for now but I'm sure it will only get worse with time. I figure that, eventually, I'll have to get the seat recovered and when that time comes, I'm wondering if a heavier and/or better quality leather wouldn't wear better. Anyone have any experience with that?
