What do you mean by black rotors? The stock rotors are black except for the rusty edges. None can be competely black if you plan on using them.

Ugotmade is right....Is this what you mean?

I painted my OEM rotors black with 1500 degree header paint. I'ts been a couple of months and no ugly rust, I'm sure it won't last forever though.

I painted the rotors and the paint came off on the 'sweep' area, but stayed in the veins and the edges. No more rust. Then I changed to CAD cross drilled and slotted.

I have black calipers with yellow S2000 on them and cross drilled and slotted rotors as well.

thats weird.. never seen such a thing... i mean.. if you were to paint or powdercoat them.. they still wouldn't be black.. around the edges and hub maybe.. but not the main part that shows...
