Default Black smoke and less power

Hey guys! So recently I got my transmission and clutch replaced with all oem honda parts. My car has been accelerating a lot slower than it used to. Ever since I bought it it has had black smoke coming out and a gas smell. I dont know what causes the gas smell but I do know my car burns about 1 quart of oil every 500miles... I got the main seal replaced when I got the new transmission and clutch but it still burns loads of oil. I dont know if maybe the gear ratios are different but it definitely feels less powerful than before and its been bugging me lile crazy.
