Black with tan interior

did many searches and all i can find i pictures with white/tan, can someone please post some pics of 03 with black/tan

There are none. Black only comes with red or black interior. If you want to see that combination, do it in Photo Shop.

not sure about the states, but in australia, the 03 model is offering tan interior for only the white and black. have a look at the site http://www.honda.com.au/S2000 they only show the interior, i was looking for a full set of pics
