my $2 concave mirror - that was working out really well for the 15 mins i had them - fell off on the freeway in the morning (thanks to stinkin rain on the 1st day of summer). my $2.50 360 degree one better not fall off within 15 mins again tomorrow!
they work really well though! does anybody know the difference between the rectangular ones & the round concave?
if i try to take these mirrors off in the future, will it leave a whole lot of permanent crud on the mirrors?

Foof, concave mirror should be standard on all sideview mirrors of all vehicles; that's how strongly I feel about their utility as a safety feature.
Traynespotting: adhesive can be removed from the S2000 sideview mirrors with a flat razor blade without damagiing the mirror.
Boiler, I've never seen a mirror that was silvered on the face as opposed to the back of the glass. Can you give an example of an automoblie that has such a mirror?

I won't push it, but I believe it makes no sense to apply the reflective coating of a glass mirror to its face. Such a mirror would not withstand normal wear & tear or cleaning. I think you're mistaken.

spoon makes a set of convexed mirror overlays. theyre curved at the extreme ends of the mirror so that you can see whats in your blind spot.. i think they go for about $90USD.
ive never personally tried these, but if theyre anything like my old euro mirrors on my audi, then i would highly recommend these.
