Why do S' diffs blow so easily...?

I have had 300+ ft/lbs of torque for about 5k and before that 290 ft/lbs for about 30k miles and haven't had any issues! I however try to refrain from launching it and doing lots of burnouts, albeit, i shift very quickly with a 6 puck Compettion stage 4 clutch

what kind of fluid were u using in there when it blew? and it does sound like it blew under the strain of a quick-ish shift to second
i now use the lucas 80/90 weight with their additive. thats what puddydad recomended.
its a spec stage II clutch. spec uses a stock pressure plate with a kevlar disk. iv never done a burn out in this car or launched it. and i didnt pop the clutch hard if all on that shift. im not the type to beat the shit out of their cars as i pay for and work on. so its my money and my time with something happens. i take the rpms up every now and then on the back roads on drives, but most of the time i just drive the car. its too beautiful of a car to thrash.
i bought the car with a blown motor from a kid who beat on it and missed a gear. so i know he was hard on it. but new motor, trans, clutch, rear end, gears. the whole powertrain is completely new.
S2KL33N and Tylorweaver, what did u do to the diff when it blew? was it just the gear or did it take out the housing?
i think what causes it is abuse, a really aggressive pressure plate im sure wont help, but i think wheel hop and clutch dumps are the big killers.
stronger end cap bolts (like an arp bolt)
thicker housing caps
stronger casing on the pinion and gear.
those 3 things honda should have fixed.. its been almost 10 years since this car has been out. althought i think the main problem is in the end cap bolts stretching.. causing the pinion and gear to move and put extra stress on the end caps.
althought im sure drag racing or hard launching was the last thing honda expected to be done to this car. its still a problem that should have been addressed. specially after this long.

^65,000miles on my stock diff, and about 3,000 of them were hard circuit track miles, about 5,000 of them were autocrossing, and about 150 of them were drifting and drag strip runs... lmao..
I'm pretty lucky I made it that far on the stock diff.. considering the facts.. lol
I've heard of people losing their stock rearends below 50k miles!!!!! under semi-average driving conditions and NA!! So ya.. oh well, either way, I got myself 4.77s now.. couldn't be any happier!

I would say both times would have to contribute to the six puck sprung clutch.
Positive side, I learned how to do a pumpkin swap in 3 hrs.
