Default Blown Engine

I have a 03 with 83,xxx miles and i was going up on a on ramp to a speed of70 mph hit vtec in 2nd got to about 7500rpm at 3/4 throttle and heard a click click and my engine shut off.. pulled over opend the hood not smoke not overly hot no leaking nothing didnt even puff smoke when it shut off......

First thought was #4 cylinder.. i took the plug out after i got towed home and found the plug had a gash in it as if the corner had broken off..

It will only run if i have the throttle pinned and it runs on 1 maybe to cylinders at 300 rpm???

i dont know what to do

Well if part of the plug broke off then I'm guessing it made its way through the engine. That = bad.

Teardown! Sorry. What kind of plugs were they? Check compression first, take it in for a diagnosis.

I have to admit, when I first read this I immediately thought SUPERCHARGED S!
