Damn bro...I know this isn't what you want to hear right now...but you sure did a number on those valves!!

Anyway...I hope things work out for the best, and sorry you had to go through all that. Let us know how things pan out...

Dave,

I'm sorry to hear this happen to you again, except this time it's very costly!!!
Hope this will be the last time something bad happens to your S2k.
See you back on the track soon, take an easy, it's not worth it to have the engine rebuilt.

Ouch...

I'm surprised Honda didn't pick up some of it; there have been a few others that have missed shifts and Honda paid for the repair. Perhaps it was where it happened that made the difference?

In any case, sorry to hear about your engine, and I hope your baby is back on the road soon!

Dave, sorry to hear you confirm that is the situation. I felt very bad leaving TWS with you not running but knew if your suspicions were right there was nothing I could do. It is good to see you are recovering and look forward to seeing you at another event.

Same here, couldn't see anything ... Nevertheless, I understand your concerns and feel your pain from this incident. Hope you do fix the links, I've never seen a wrecked F20c block as yet.
