I am days away from making the deal on a Suzuka...05...7 miles on the ODO. I am indifferent on the interior color.
Did anyone not particularly like the color until after they bought it? Is anyone sick of it now that they've had it for a while?

It will grow on you. Get some black floor mats that will help brake it up a little. Getting the 2005 with the new 04/05 center consul with the black surround is a big help compared to an 02/03 with the old style. And if you have the extra $$$ get some black seats

 

Blue is my favorite color for anything. Although I needed to see the car in person before making a decision. My other choice was silver, but after seeing the blue I had to have it. I think the interior is what sold it for me.

Some of the members here think it's too much blue, but it just comes down to a matter of opinion.

I do, however, feel that the blue soft top is a bit too much.

Don't worry. Don't break up the look with black mats. Don't swap out the seats. The blue-on-blue look is what makes Suzukas special. Not only will you be very happy with it, you will compliments from nearly everyone.

Oh, to answer the question: as a paint color, blue wasn't my first choice, but as a package I liked the Suzuka from the beginning; I like it more after a year.

 

Loved it when I 1st saw it and still love it after 3 yrs.

 

Yeah, my mom LOVES the blue interior, and hates the black from my Silverstone I hade previously. I was just so-so.

I drove a Sebring with RED RED RED (everything inside was red). It made me feel funny. Just not my taste.

 

I've had mine two months, and I was concerned about the blue interior before I bought it, but now I love it. There are a few different shades of blue in there, and also different textures.

I really like it now, and I'm glad I have it. The only other interior I considered was the '04/'05 black/red, which would be my second choice at this point.

i picked up a Suzuka blue 04 last month WITH a blue top. It was hardly my choice of color, just the deal was too good to pass up. However, I LOVE it now. It really grew on me. It is very different than a black or tan interior, and not as bright as red. I feel that color is classy. Just enough to say check it out, but not scream it.

 

i loved it when i bought it...and still love the blue interior every time i drive the car...
