Just bought a set of bronze 17" Work Emotions and was wondering where I can get a good deal on a set of blue lug nuts thanks.

Think you are looking for Rays lug nuts. Not sure where you can get them though.

Rays lugs are good and extremely light weight (if that makes a difference). But the anodized coating on the lugs are also easy to chip when you torque them on. Just make sure you torque it by hand with ease.

They are pricy for nuts
They usually sale for $110-120.

I bought $120 Rays lugs at first for my Volks, and they didn't fit! With many Volks, I think you need a "female" type lug nut. Not sure why the cavities are designed this way.

I ended up getting cheap red ones off ebay, and the fuggers are begining to fade and look pink after a year. (they're real light though, much lighter than the lugs Volk originally supplied)
