Blue Lugs
Muteki has blue lug nuts and they average about $35. I have black ones, and have not chipped the paint/finish at all with all the times I tq'd them and removed them. They seem quite durable and are lighter than stock (tho a bit heavier than the Rays...but does a few grams really matter to you?...if so, take some change out of your pocket).
Muteki lug nuts are prone to seizure, I've never came across this serious problem with other lugs. Luckily we managed to get it off without breaking anything, BTW this was used for a track meet for less than 8 hours all hand torqued to specs.
Stick to Duranium type lug nuts, particularly those made by Rays, Trust, Work are great. They're designed to work with their wheels and can stand up to plenty of abuse.
