It looks pretty simple in the Shop Manual.

5 bolts on top of each fender. 2 bolts when you open the door. 3 along the bottom. front bumper has 5 phillips screws on top visible when the hood is open. 1 bolt on each corner where the upper part of the fender meets the front bumper. take off the screws holding in the wheel liner. two bolts and 1 screw on each side after the wheel liner is taken out.and should be 6-8 bolts holding the bottom of the bumper to the plastic lining. should take no longer than 15 minutes.good luck

i dont know about removing the fender, but i just removed my bumper last week. It was really simple. Once you open your hood, you can see i believe about 4 screws holding it in with the rubber stripping. Then there is 1 screw which is hard to see near 10-11 oclock in the fender well. Then you have the screws along the bottom of the bumper. Oh yea, there's also two screws, one on each side, near the headlight. Get the bracket off thats holding it onto the car, not the nuts that are holding the bumper onto the bracket.

Basically, its easy once you just start and see where its still hanging on. PM me if you have any questions on how to take off the bumper, although im sure others would/have give better instructions.
