Default bought a used s2000 with "deceleration buzz'

I did some searches and I guess there is still no solution to fix this problem?

Also, will honda fix anything if I dont have any warranty? Was this a recall or something?

No recall...there is no danger to you or the car.

There is a TSB. Not sure how long the car has been out of warranty, but a fix when warranty is over is based on 'goodwill'.

The fix is a newer clutch.

Not every one...but quiet a few...especially the '00-'01 cars.

Mine has it. I would wait until you need a new clutch, then replace. There is no danger to your car, no damage, no nothing. Just a noise.
