Brakes
After 2 days on the track it's almost definitely a pad issue. Swap out the pads! Might try changing the brake fluid if it hasn't been done in a while either.
Heh heh I read the post and was thinking you put all the pieces together already!

Your fluid has be cooked. Flush the fluid and then see if the pads are dead. It's possible that your pads have glazed but your description of the symptoms point directely to fluid with air in it.
FLUSH BRAKE FLUID first. If you just replace the pads, I can garentee your brakes will not work like they did before.
I hope I made myself clear.

If you're putting the car on the track, you should absolutely change it out with a hi-temp fluid like ATE Super Blue each season and bleed the brakes after every track day. Speedbleeders make it easy.
Fluid should be changed every two years (normal use), regardless of mileage (or something like that).
Anyway, if you went to the track, you should change it out.
I prefer Motul 600. Works decent on the track too.
