Default Brand New 03 HELP

I just got my 03 Blk/Blk, but i dont know if this is normal the shifter vibrates alot in the higher RPM
thanks for any info

normal.

then again i don't know how much your knob is vibrating.

don't worry too much unless it vibrating so hard that it looks like its gonna pop out of the boot!

I heard somewhere on this site (sorry can't remember) that the best way to break-in is to run the engine through the rpm range while you are driving including vtec. This is suppose to theoretically get the rings, as well as other components to seat properly. Engaging in vtec even before 600 miles. Just don't change the oil until 5-7k miles

Don't worry about it, it's normal. Mine was pretty darn stift and vibrate like crazy when it was new.

Now it's a lot less vibration and shift like a buttarrrrrrrr!
