The car doesn't look that bad except for the wing the stripes and the extra 20hp

 

I'm sure the crome fire extinguisher will add an extra 5 hp.

I'm guessing he does not need the storage space. As if its not already hard enough to get to the compartment, an extra 5lbs on top will insure that it becomes a PITA.
