Bred on the Track
The Honda S2000 wasn't just "inspired" by racing. It was
developed on the high-speed straightaways, breathtaking sweepers
and tight hairpins of some of the world's most challenging race
tracks. And the same can be said for Dan Wheldon, the 2005
winner of the INDY 500. Starting off as the 2003 IRL rookie of
the year, Wheldon has proved his mettle by winning a record
number of races and drivers' championships. Another high
performer bred of the track. See race results:

Most Wanted
These days it seems as though the S2000 is number one with
driving enthusiasts. Edmunds.com thinks so: the 2005 Honda S2000
won their Consumers' Most Wanted award for "Most Wanted
Convertible Under $35,000." This is the second consecutive year
that Honda took home the largest number of Edmunds.com
Consumers' Most Wanted awards.
Cleaner Performance
Sometimes, numbers tell a thrilling tale. Like the S2000

low-emission vehicle (LEV-2), the S2000 runs with Honda VTEC
