Broken into... :(
After 3 months of SF city parking, here is the result:

The one night I left my suglasses in their case on the seat. They broke the passenger side window, took the shades and my cell phone headset. The shades are prescription...at least they can't wear them! They didn't rifle through the trunk (just some old gym shoes in there and a towel), or anything else. I think it was just a crackhead looking for quick loot. No damage to the top. There was another car broken into down the street.
Estimate for fixing the glass is $250 installed with PPG. This is an OEM provider...I figure for a side window it should be fine so long as it seals up properly (which is more due to the installer than anything). What do you guys think about this? Any reason to go ONLY OEM Honda?

No doubt....glad he/she didn't go for the roof or take the seats or anything. I'm glad my seats aren't torn up or dirty either. I vacuumed the glass up and you can't really tell anything happened.

That sucks to hear. I've lived in SF all my life and can never imagine leaving my S parked outside for the night. Too many haters out there.
