Default Bubbling in headlight housing

I did a search on this but couldn't find anything

So I'm asking anyone if they have this happening and if they went ahead and reapired it. I have not cleared my headlights as of yet and figured when I do that I can buff them and repaint them. Any sugggestions on what paint to use or should I just go with a body shop?

Thanks in adcvance

This is a known problem especially on the 00 01 model years. Sun light reflects off of the lens and burns the finish. There is an 03 in the garage here at work that has this already. BTW, on the Mazda RX8, they have a metal plate over the area that will bubble from the sunlight reflection onto the krinkle finish.

I would definitely bring it to Honda's attention first.

The housing needs to be replaced, or you can pull the housing apart, remove the insert and have it painted. The person that has the 03 here was told by honda that they will not replace the headlight since it does not hurt operation, or it could have been the dealer that told him that.
