hmmm, I'm actually wondering about this too...I'm getting the seat-belt recall done tomorrow as well. I'm going to bring this to there attention. But I don't know...I'm also going to tell them about the noisy clutch, not working auto-down driver window switch, tonneu cover not fitting...so they are going to be dishing out a bunch of money already...they are probably going to be pissed...lol

I have had this defect for a couple years now.

When I brought it to my dealers attention, they said it would not be covered under the 3/36 warranty. HondaCare extended warranty also refused the repair.

Further proof that Honduh warranties aren't worth the paper they are printed on!!!!!

You either have to scream "bloody murder", or know a dealership that will take care of you specifically.

 

In out of warranty work...the squeaky bitch gets ALL the oil...I am fighting with Honda now to replace my top out of warranty for wear holes!

 

Or you can work for a Honda Dealership .......no issues
