Default buddy club VS. tein flex coilovers

Watup guys. I am going to buy coilovers very soon. I have 18s on my S and I am looking to get rid of the wheel gap, without sacrificing my comfort. With that said, what would you guys recommend? I need a coilover system that will have a smooth ride. I don't want anything too bumpy, but a little bumpy is okay. THANKS!!!

I do not know about the Buddy Clubs, but the Type Flex coilovers are not very harsh at all. I may be mistaken (I've been awake for like 36 hours right now) but aren't their different models of Buddy Club coilovers?

Both of them are never heard. I prefer the Bilstein PSS9...at least they're very well known on racing industries and have racing heritage.

With ride quality aside, another thing to keep in mind is that I have seen a set of BC's rust up inside of a year, but my Teins still look like the day that I bought them.

That is funny, I have seen the exact opposite! I have seen Tein RA and an RS rust up, but not a Buddy Club.

Buddy Clubs do not have to adjust spring preload to raise or lower the car, but I
believe the Tein does.

With the Tein Flex you can get the EDFC controller that allows in car adjusting of the shocks, which the Buddy Club does not have.

I think the Buddy Club RS (the middle grade Buddy Club) is a better suspension... but opinions are like assholes...

EDFC is illegal in pretty much every form of motorsport. Might be handy on the street if youre about to go over a shitty road

If you are more interested in ride comfort, look in to the Ground Control with Koni Yellows. A little cheaper than both BC and Tein, and the ride is much softer with the recommended GroundControl spring rate (340/380 pound spring rates last time I checked... stock is around 200/250)
