I didn't note it in my original posting, but the 2nd to 3rd shift is the worst for me as well. I wonder (with this much consistency among the owners) if this should be addressed by Honda. Is there a way to call this to their attention and, in effect, "force" a TSB?

Can somebody confirm whether TSB's 54 and 55 (1-2 and buzzing during deceleration) are for 2000 models only, or do they apply to 2001's as well? Though I don't have either symptom yet, with only 247 miles on the odo, I haven't driven it with zeal or comfort enough yet to really have problems, but I do really notice the bump, or notchiness from 1-2 when cold (for the first 2 or 3 shifts on a cold morning, it's like trying to force a rolling car into 1st). So I'd really like to know if these TSB's might apply to me.

Thanks,

Clark

I hope that there is not a problem. I've already had enough problems with Lemon Law on my now-retired 2000 C5 Corvette.

Can anybody tell me what the TSB is designed to fix? Why is the 2-3 shift very notchy?

How long does it take to repair?

Thanks,
