Molding is when you take the add-on body pieces, and permanently "mold" them to the car. You fill the seams with some kind of "putty" and then repaint the whole thing. The final result is that the body pieces look like they came from the factory, and not that something was just bolted to the car. THere is no visible seam between the new piece, and the original panel.

I can see the seam and the color difference! Looks bad. Looks too tacked
