All joking aside, that is a good deal, I'd buy it garage or not. I'd also take this opportunity to consider moving somewhere with a garage. After I got my 1st garage I could never imagine living anywhere without one.

 

I decided to pass on this opportunity. Thought about the no garage situation and, like most other times I've considered buying an S2K again after finding one I liked and thought to be a good deal, my garage situation (or lack thereof), always gets me in the end. Especially on a low mileage unicorn like this. Sigh, hopefully it goes to a good home and my time and situation will come soon (and hopefully prices wont keep skyrocketing by rhen)

Buy it and drive it before someone else does. You still have 86k before reaching 100k, when you get there you can sell it the same price you bought it given 8-10 year from now.
