I paid $20500 for my 2006 with 20k.. Just for reference. I liked the AP2 looks a bit better, plus VSA is helpful in bad weather..

Currently I am looking into GPW 2006 S2000 with around 7K miles on it. It's a CPO listing for $23,994. I was wondering how much would you guys here expect to haggle them for and how much I should expect to bring down that price....lemme know your thoughts...

Just bought an '04 with 27k miles in flawless condition, dealer was asking 19,999, I offered 17500, they came back at 18,200, but I was able to haggle a few extras in at that price. I feel I got a great deal considering the condition of the car.

I like the look of the AP2's better except for the wheels, AP1 wheels look better IMO. The AP2's have more usable power in the lower RPM range. Good luck in your search!

LOL, that's exactly what mine was listed for. Shoot for $22k. I had them down to $21700 before I said I needed more time to think and went home. They called me that same night with an offer I couldn't refuse - $20500..

BTW, in the end it's really not the final price that matters, it's whether you think the car you're buying is worth what you paid. For an 06 with only 7k even $23k sounds like a steal to me..

Yes check the body! I just got an '06 and found some body work I should have spotted right off the bat. But it was 20,650 from a private seller and only has 8k miles so that makes up for it.
I did a lot of shopping before I got mine and found most owners didn't keep the tonneau cover with the car because it takes up most of the trunk space. Once they take it out, they don't usually make it back with the car and dealers will charge for a replacement unless you can negotiate that into your price.
